You know what to expect from Mellow Mushroom. This one a pretty good example. The service was good and they made some good vegan options for us.

Eric was an amazing server he was very polite and sweet. The food was fantastic I loved it the atmosphere was nothing but good and positive. He made sure I had everything right off the bat. The food was over the top amazing and so slamming good man. I really enjoyed my self while with my bestie we had a an good time. Eric is my guy he so fine too but overall his service was acceptable and at its finest as it should be. He made sure we had fresh drinks and were fine while eating.

Love the food here and their service. Always professional and super friendly. I could literally be satisfied with their appetizers only considering how good they are. We'll definitely dine in here again when we're in Florence South Carolina.

Amazing food. Eric our server knew the menu perfectly and walked us through the menu perfectly to find exactly what we wanted. The greatful dead is also an amazing drink.

This was my worst visit in all my visits to Mellow Mushrooms. My party and I waited for almost an hour for our food. After waiting the appetizer came out and beer cheese was cold. We were told the cheese pizza that was ordered would be another 5 minutes for 1 guest. I had to wait for utensils to eat my only dish which was a salad. I was finished with my small salad before the cheese pizza arrived for 1 of my party members.

Dear Guest Services Manager, Tonight I visited your establishment for the first time ever. Unfortunately, my visit was not as pleasant as I wished for it to be. Our server seemed to be annoyed with the simple fact, she had our table. From taking our orders to actually fulfilling them seemed to be the most dreadful part of her shift. Mary Kathryn was the least friendliest server I have had in a while. Everything said was spoken in a very "nice-nasty" manner! Our drinks were never refilled. I hated to ask for anything because it seemed to be such a bother to her! I'm sure she didn't see that I noticed the gesture of putting a gun to her head as she walked away from our table. Or how she got upset when she was asked to correct our receipts and she crumbled them. To top that off we were still charged wrong. If I ever decide to come back, I most definitely wouldn't accept her as a server.

Really unique and eclectic place. Great pizzas. Tons of draft beer. Lots of tvs on the bar side. Large room off the bar for groups. Great service. No complaints on my visit!

The pizza was amazing and our server Eric absolutely killed it tonight. The restaurant was busy, but dude was literally running around making sure we and all of his other tables were all taken care of. I'll absolutely be back next time I'm in Florence!

I had a great experience here on Sunday! My waiter was Eric and he was the sweetest guy! He made sure we were comfortable and made sure to check on us every time he passed by. Our food was delicious and the pizza was amazing! It came out hot and was very enjoyable. The music was also good as we were eating. Overall Eric did a fantastic job of great customer service and he performed very well. 10/10 would recommend.❤️ -Daija C

Pizza was yummy and the service was superb! Our server, Missy, was very friendly, prompt, & knowledgeable. She recommended toppings that were delicious. Ask for Missy and try the mushroom trio, you won't be disappointed!

Had the most wonderful experience today at Mellow Mushroom. Eric was our server, and he was absolutely phenomenal! He was attentive, dedicated to our table, and on time with every request we had. He made our dining experience the best we’ve ever had! If all the servers at this Mellow Mushroom location in Florence South Carolina are like Eric, this is one of the best restaurants in the franchise. When you come to Florence go to Mellow Mushroom and ask for Eric! You won’t be disappointed!

We made reservations for a group of 35, they had an entire room for us, but only one waitress, almost everyone had a good experience except for 2 people they never got their food...the waitress told them it was coming 3 or more times finally after being there well over an hour they had to leave and never received their food. So not sure what happened with their order. But all in all a pretty good place for a large group.

None of the cook staff were wearing masks. They all had them, however, none actually had them on. The person that appeared to be in charge had a mask on but it was down around his chin. I do not recommend eating here until they get serious about their customers safety.

Good place for a quick bite. Good salad, had a smaller version so i left happy. The pizza was also a good choice. Fun place to for the family

The tofu hoagie is clearly listed on the menu as being vegetarian, but somehow chicken got mixed in with the tofu when I ordered a hoagie. The new guy in the kitchen got blamed, my meal was comp'd, and the lady waiting on me was truly sorry about it. Still, I wonder how that would even happen to begin with. I was told by the manager they try to keep everything separated. Yet, again, the tofu hoagie is listed as vegetarian and I had not even requested chicken. Kitchen staff should be trained to understand the menu and what the ingredients are. My food had taken forever to come out already, and I felt absolutely awful after realizing what I had bitten into. If nothing else, they did try to make it right and redid the hoagie, fully vegan, with plenty of extra food. Still, I can't trust this place anymore after this kind of mistake that shouldn't happen.

The food was amazing, and the service was fast even though they were busy. Our server, Eric, was easily the best I've ever had at any restaurant I've been too. Ole dude was running back and forth and insanely friendly throughout the whole meal.

The pizza is awsome. This is such a nice quaint place. Great for families and couples. I love to go here when I'm in the area. Cant wait till I can return in the future.

One of the worst experiences of dining I have had in a long time. First my husband ordered soup. They came back and said they didn’t have it. Second we ordered sandwiches and after 45 min they brought them after complaining. My sandwich was not made right and I sent it back because they neglected to tell us they was out of avacodo. His was tough.

Tried a new pizza husband liked it I got my regular Holy Shiitake Pie it was yummy but needed to be cooked a little longer. Took to long to get food to me especially since there were hardly any tables server said new cook which explains pizza not crispy enough. Overall it was good and service was good.

We come here regularly. Had a great experience. Eric was our server. He greeted us at the door. Took really good care of us. Even when it was 8pm and they closed at 9. We had refills before we knew we needed them. Didn't have to ask for anything. He also had multiple tables and was helping in the kitchen. We will definitely be back and requesting him!

Good food. Good service. But the portion sizes are very small for the price you pay. The mushroom soup is very good and costs 4.50, but you only get like 5 spoonfuls of soup! It's not That good where it's a dollar per bite. The pizza was good, or at least my kids say it was

I usually never leave a review...but Eric was so wonderful that I honestly had to sing his praises. We have eaten here many times and we walked away very impressed with him. He definitely needs to be promoted. We own our business and we see that this guy has the traits to manage at the top level. Very impressed!

We always go to Mellow mushroom every time we come to Florence! My favorite pizza in the world. Our waiter was Eric and he was super friendly and made sure we were taken care of the whole tome we were there!

We have been here several times now and have received great food with good service. Wait times for food can be longer than usual with Mellow Mushroom, but it takes 20+ minutes to cook a good pizza. I'd suggest a salad or ready made app if you are starving. The location is good and the theme of the store is quite amusing! I love the trolley!!

This was a great place to eat at even though we realized it was close to thier closing time they didn't mention it and still let us in, also gave us grade A service, not knowing we just left another establishment we sat in almost 2 hours waiting to get our food while watching everyone else that came in after us getting theirs. Me and my family enjoy this place and food despite the treatment giving earlier by other establishment that almost killed our spirits. Oh all the workers seem to get along they was singing whole time as they cleaned up for shut down.

I stopped here during a 12 hour trip yesterday and got take out via online order. I was in a hurry by tthe time my food came out to me so I did not get tto eat it until hours later. The sandwich was AWFUL, and they didn't even give me the chips. Horrendously over priced, terrible quality.

Great pizza and one of the best places to go with a gluten allergy. There are so many available pizza options and even a gluten free brownie for dessert. And the gluten free options aren't even that much more expensive. Definitely one of my staple places when going out to eat.

Casual atmosphere. Ordered the wings and brochette from the appetizer (munchies) menu. Wings are decent and not over cooked. Brochette with goat cheese was very good. Wife ordered the pretzel bites which is their pizza dough made into small dinner roll pieces. If you're expecting a pretzel texture you might be disappointed, but it's not bad.

Best gluten free pizza when traveling. Has been consistent from location to location and my family like their regular pizza and food, too. Good service as well and interesting atmosphere.

I went to Mellow Mushroom for the first timeMarch 6, 2020. I ordered a cheese steak to go. The service was extremely fast. Blake, who took my order, was friendly and helpful and the sandwich was delicious. The atmosphere was neat and I hope to go back with a friend to dine in. When I do, I will then ask to be put in Matt's section. I'm a senior. He greeted me, even though I was not in his section, and couldn't have been nicer. Definitely a good experience.
